The Watch Fit 3 has a square-shaped premium aluminum alloy body with curved edges on all four sides, measuring 43.2 x 36.3 x 9.9 mm and weighing approximately 26 grams without the strap. It offers a slim profile for comfortable all-day wear and comes with various strap options including nylon. The device is water-resistant up to 5 ATM (50 meters), suitable for swimming and outdoor activities

Display
It features a 1.82-inch AMOLED touchscreen with a resolution of 480 x 408 pixels and 347 PPI, delivering bright and vivid visuals with a peak brightness of 1500 nits and a 77.4% screen-to-body ratio. The display supports Always-On Display and customizable watch faces to suit personal style and data preferences

Health and Fitness Features
The Watch Fit 3 includes advanced health monitoring sensors such as an optical heart rate sensor, SpO2 sensor, and a 9-axis IMU sensor (accelerometer, gyroscope, magnetometer). It uses Huawei’s TruSeen 5.5 system for accurate heart rate and blood oxygen measurements. Sleep tracking with TruSleep technology monitors sleep stages and respiratory health. Fitness tracking supports over 100 workout modes, including a new Track Run mode with GPS for precise route mapping. It also offers automatic detection for six exercise types and animated on-wrist fitness courses for guided workouts

Smart Lifestyle Features
The watch supports Bluetooth calling, allowing users to answer calls directly from the watch. It includes a rotating crown and function button for easy navigation and quick access to apps. Additional features include remote shutter for smartphone cameras, standalone music playback, real-time reminders, weather updates, and Find Phone functionality. The device runs on HarmonyOS 2, supporting third-party apps for enhanced daily use

Battery and Charging
Equipped with a 400mAh battery, the Huawei Watch Fit 3 offers up to 10 days of typical usage, 7 days with heavy use, and about 4 days with Always-On Display enabled. It supports fast charging, providing a full day’s battery life with just 10 minutes of charging. Charging is via a magnetic charging pin for convenience
